Hello, I've been gaming on my laptop for a while now and its getting old and i'm looking to build a Desktop PC for the first time but I'm very low on Budget to the point that i cant afford an actual Graphics card. So the reason I'm writing this is to know that if the Pentium G4560 IGPU and Dual channel 8gb ddr4 can preform better than my Laptop on low performance games like Assassin's creed 1-3 or Cs go.

Laptop Specs: Intel I3 m 370 2.40 Ghz radeon HD 4500 series 6 GB of RAM. I get in Assassin's creed 2 about 25 to 30 Fps on 720p Low settings about 40 to 50 on Cs go on 720p low settings. I know people will tell me to save up and build a Decent Pc at once, but my birthday is coming and i can get my hands on a budget from my parents so I want to take the Chance and build a Pc as a start. If i wasn't clear my main question is: will the Pc run those games better than the laptop from now till i can afford a Graphics card or will it struggle?
